Abstract (en)

[origin: WO2022135886A1] A device (100) for dispensing liquid supplementary material into breast milk during nursing is proposed, which comprises a reservoir (10) for metering supplementary material present in the reservoir, wherein the reservoir (10) comprises a dispensing opening (16). The device (100) comprises a nursing cap (70) for dispensing the supplementary material through at least one dispensing opening (72), wherein the device (100) also comprises a feed line (60) for connecting the dispensing opening (16) of the reservoir (10) to the nursing cap (70) and thus for guiding supplementary material from the reservoir (10) to the nursing cap (70). The reservoir (10) has a syringe plunger (30) and a venting mechanism such that the reservoir (10) can be used both as a bottle and as a syringe for dispensing liquid supplementary material.
