[origin: WO2022136366A1] The present invention relates to a novel method for producing NCA compounds. The invention also relates to a novel use of a peptide coupling agent. The method according to the invention enables NCA compounds to be obtained from α-amino acids, under mild and non-racemizing reaction conditions and in the absence of reagents subject to restricted use, such as phosgene, which may result in the formation of undesirable by-products.
