Abstract (en)

The present invention relates to a vacuum interrupter, comprising:- a first carrier (101); and- a second carrier (102);wherein the first carrier comprises a stem (10) and a contact piece (1);wherein the second carrier comprises a stem (10) and a contact piece (1);wherein the contact piece of the first carrier comprises a first contact part (30) and a second contact part (20) surrounding the first contact part;wherein the contact piece of the second carrier comprises a first contact part (30) and a second contact part (20) surrounding the first contact part; andwherein a material of at least a portion of the first contact part of the first carrier is different to a material of the second contact part of the first carrier; and/or wherein a material of at least a portion of first contact part of the second carrier is different to a material of the second contact part of the second carrier.
