[origin: WO2022152551A1] The invention relates to a capsule for preparation of an infusion, the capsule comprising a hollow body comprising a flange (704), the capsule being suitable for insertion into a capsule cage of a device for preparing an infusion, the capsule cage having a sealing edge, the flange comprising, on the upper surface thereof, a groove (800) for receiving the sealing edge of the capsule cage, the groove (800) surrounding the hollow body, the groove (800) being formed by: - a shoe horn (801) in the lower portion of the hollow body to facilitate centering of the capsule, - a groove bottom (802) for receiving the end of the sealing edge, and - an annular lip (803) which has an internal S-shaped cross-section and is designed to bear laterally against the edge.
