[origin: WO2022155098A1] This disclosure describes performance measurements for NEF on service parameter provisioning, policy negotiation, and connection establishment. An example method may include initiating, using a network exposure function (NEF) of a wireless network system, a NF service (e.g., for non-IP data delivery (NIDD) service) in the wireless network system. The example method may also include identifying, by the NEF, an indication of a triggering event occurring on an interface of the wireless network system that includes the NEF, wherein the triggering event is associated with the initiation of the NF service. The example method may also include storing, based on receiving the indication of the triggering event and by the NEF, an indication of a number of times the triggering event has occurred. The example method may also include sending the indication of the number of times the triggering event has occurred to a remote system.
