[origin: WO2023227264A1] The present invention relates to a method for coating a substrate in the form of a steel strip with a liquid, which substrate is moving continuously at least in part along a vertical line, said method comprising: a step of at least partially isolating the baking unit (3) using a system of two aeraulic/aerodynamic airlocks (21, 22) located at the entry and exit of the baking unit (3) respectively, in order to form a dynamic pressure on the strip inside the baking unit and prevent the coating unit (4) from becoming contaminated with residual vapours emanating from the baking unit (3).

La présente invention se rapporte à un procédé de revêtement d'un substrat sous forme de bande d'acier au moyen d'un liquide, en défilement continu au moins en partie en brin vertical, comprenant une étape d'isolation au moins partielle de l'unité de cuisson (3) par un système de deux sas aérauliques/aérodynamiques (21, 22), situés respectivement à l'entrée et à la sortie de l'unité de cuisson (3) pour y former une pression dynamique sur la bande et empêcher la contamination de l'unité de revêtement (4) par des vapeurs résiduelles émanant de l'unité de cuisson (3).
