Abstract (en)
A wall panel assembly is provided for a modular building unit. The wall panel assembly is formed from a wall panel with inner and outer wall panel members and defining an opening therethrough for a window assembly therein. The opening defines a plurality of opening edge faces extending around said opening, and at least one connecting member extends at least partially along each opening edge face and defines a substantially planar upper mounting surface at least partially covering the respective opening edge face for mounting a window assembly thereon.
