[origin: WO2022161585A1] A self-triggering ventilation valve (10) for automatically self-opening after a pre-set time, the ventilation valve (10) comprises: - a body (20) having a body shape (22) for engaging a channel opening (110) of a window (100), the body (20) comprising a body channel (24) for allowing passage of an air flow from the channel opening (110) and through the body (20); - a block member (30) connected to the body (20) and being displaceable between an open position (32) and a closed position (34) blocking the body channel (24); and - an actuator unit (50) comprising: - a displacement member (60) being adapted for displacing the block member (30) from the closed position (34) to the open position (32); - a trigger member (70) configured for detecting the block member (30) being displaced to the closed position (34); and - a controller (90) configured for activating the displacement member (60) af- ter a pre-set time of detecting the block member (30) being in the closed position (34).
