Abstract (en)

[origin: WO2022161818A1] The invention relates to an apparatus (10) for checking an operating device (12) which has at least one touch-sensitive operating field (14). A robot (22) of the apparatus (10) is designed to move a capacitive input means (26) of the apparatus (10) along a surface (28) of the touch-sensitive operating field (14) in at least one movement direction (20). The input means (26) has a wheel (30), which is rotatable about an axis of rotation and which can be moved on the surface (28) of the touch-sensitive operating field (14) in the at least one movement direction (20) by means of the robot (22). The capacitance of a capacitive system comprising at least one electrode (46) disposed in the region of the surface (28) can be influenced by means of the wheel (30). The invention also relates to a method for checking an operating device (12) by means of an apparatus (10) of this type.
