Abstract (en)
Plastic device for extracting a pressurized liquid from a lidded container comprising a base 1 configured to fit into the lid of the container and couple a dispenser 2; wherein the dispenser comprises: a gas inlet valve 13, an inner chamber 24 configured to inject into the container and mix the gas with the extracted liquid, an inner channel configured to direct the extracted pressurized liquid to a horizontal outlet connected to a tap 5, wherein the tap is controlled by a lever 8 configured to regulate the extraction of the pressurized liquid, and a handle 3 connected to the base 1 by means of two arms 20, and to the dispenser 2, by means of a sliding connection, preferably by a pin 10, wherein the two arms are configured to pivot around the base, wherein the sliding connection is configured to move vertically on the base body so as to promote the coupling of the dispenser into the container. Also disclosed is an assembly for extracting a pressurized liquid and the respective method for coupling the extraction device.
