Die Erfindung betrifft eine Aufnahmevorrichtung (25, 30, 39) zur Ablage eines Anschlagmittels (21) auf einem Verteilermast (1), wobei das Anschlagmittel (21) zum Anheben und Transportieren des Verteilermastes (1) ausgebildet ist und wobei das Anschlagmittel (21) zwei Enden (21a, 21b) aufweist. Die Erfindung ist insbesondere dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Aufnahmevorrichtung (25, 30) zur längenveränderlichen Aufnahme von mindestens eines der Tragenden (21a, 21b) des Anschlagmittels (21) ausgebildet ist.Zudem betrifft die Erfindung einen Verteilermast (1) mit einer Aufnahmevorrichtung (25, 30, 39) zur Ablage eines Anschlagmittels (21), das zum Anheben und Transportieren des Verteilermastes (1) ausgebildet ist.
