[origin: WO2022167186A1] The present invention relates to a method for dyeing keratinous material, in particular human hair, comprising the following steps: - applying an agent (a) to the keratinous material, said agent (a) containing: (a1) at least one organic silicon compound from the group comprising silanes with one, two or three silicon atoms; and (a2) carboxymethyl cellulose and/or the salt thereof; and - applying an agent (b) to the keratinous material, said agent (b) containing: (b1) at least one sealing reagent, at least one of the agents (a) and (b) further containing at least one dyeing compound from the group of pigments and/or direct dyes. The invention further relates to a multi-component packaging kit (kit-of-parts) for dyeing keratinous material.
