[origin: WO2022175463A1] The present invention relates to the use of a liquid pharmaceutical concentrate solution comprising - a solvent; - pemetrexed or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof; and - acetyl cysteine and/or 2-mercaptoethanolsulfonate sodium as a first antioxidant. In order to allow use of said concentrate solute with improved use-value properties for the user, the concentrate solution is used for preparing an infusion solution by means of a diluting solution, the infusion solution being stable for a period of more than 72 hours once it is prepared.
