[origin: WO2022185004A1] The invention relates to an assembly (18) of a tyre (12) for a motorcycle and at least one insert (16) for a sidewall of the tyre (12). The insert (16) is removably attached to the sidewall. The sidewall insert (16) comprises two free end edges arranged such that, when the tyre (12) is mounted on a mounting support (14) to form a mounted unit (10) and when the mounted unit (10) is mounted on the motorcycle, the insert (16) is capable of being mounted on, and removed from, the sidewall of the tyre (12) without the mounted unit (10) being removed from the motorcycle. The invention also relates to an insert (16) and a set of inserts to be used in such an assembly (18), and to a method for mounting an insert (16) or a set of inserts to form such an assembly (18).
