[origin: WO2022184423A1] The invention relates to a steam treatment drawer (5) for a household cooking appliance (1), comprising an extendable support frame (30) having an evaporator (12, 13) arranged therein and a steaming trough (20) which can be introduced from the top into the support frame (30) for receiving the treatment product to be steamed, wherein a steam inlet channel (25) is arranged on the steaming trough (20), which is designed in such a way that, when the steaming trough (20) is used, it couples in terms of guiding the steam to a steam outlet opening (12a) of the evaporator. A household cooking appliance (1) comprises at least one steam treatment drawer (5). The invention can be particularly advantageously applied to household cooking appliances having an oven and a steam treatment drawer disposed underneath.
