[origin: WO2022194338A1] The invention relates to a sports apparatus (1), comprising a boxing body (2), a tension cable (3), a first fastening means (4), more particularly upper fastening means, and a second fastening means (5), more particularly lower fastening means, wherein the tension cable (3) is clamped between the two fastening means (4, 5), and wherein the tension cable (3) cooperates with the boxing body (2) such that the boxing body (2) is held in an initial position and such that the boxing body (2) can be displaced out of the initial position, more particularly elastically, by the action of a boxing blow and is subsequently returned to the initial position. The sports apparatus comprises a measuring apparatus (21) designed to metrologically detect a boxing blow which hits the boxing body.
