[origin: WO2022195410A1] The invention relates to a vehicle seat (101), comprising a seat part (120) which can be moved from a usage position into a non-usage position, a seat back (110), a base (140), and a seat kinematics (K) connecting the seat part (120) pivotably to the base (140), the seat kinematics (K) having a rocker (160) which by means of a first rotary joint (I) is deflected pivotably on an adapter (151; 151A, 151B) connected to the base (140) and by means of a second rotary joint (II) is deflected pivotably on the seat part (120). A spacing (A) between the base (140) and the seat part (120) can be changed by selection of a first articulation point (191A, 191B) for articulation of the first pivot joint (I) on the adapter (151; 151A, 151B) fixedly connected to the base (140), and/or by selection of a second articulation point (192A, 192B) for articulation of the second pivot joint (II) on the seat part (120). The invention also relates to a method for assembling such a vehicle seat (101).
