[origin: WO2022195188A1] The invention relates to a multiple glazing unit comprising a first pane (1) and a second pane (3) separated by an air gap (2), a mounting gasket (4) covering a peripheral strip of the main surface of the first pane (1) facing the second pane (3), the mounting gasket (4) covering the edges of the first pane (1) and of the second pane (3) and occupying a peripheral portion of the air gap (2), a reinforcing and sealing element (5) being incorporated in the mounting gasket (4) by covering a peripheral portion of the main surface of the first pane (1) facing the second pane (3) and by engaging the edge of the second pane (3) so as to limit the bending effect of the first pane (1). The invention also relates to the use of said multiple glazing unit as a wall of a volume that is subjected to pressurisations.
