A layered building board comprises a support structure, outer lining board/boards, inner lining board/boards, and a thermal-insulation material filling the space between the internal and outer lining board/boards, and mounting means, characterized in that between the inner lining board/boards (2) and the supporting structure (4) there are located spacer elements of a first type (3), and between the outer lining board/boards (6) and the supporting structure (4) there are located spacer elements of a second type (5), and the spacer elements of the first and the second types (3, 5) are made from a thermal-insulation material, and, moreover, in the space between the inner lining board/boards (2) and the outer lining board/boards (6) there are placed elements of internal installations, and the thermal-insulation material filling the empty spaces between the inner lining board/boards (2) and the outer lining board/boards (6) is building foam with closed pores (8). Also, the invention relates to a method for manufacturing the described layered building board.
