[origin: WO2022199923A1] The invention relates to a device for measuring the injection amount of injection systems (1), more particularly for the functional testing of common-rail injectors, comprising a measurement chamber (4), which is formed by an assembly composed of a measurement piston (3) and of a cylinder housing (2) and to which the injection system (1) can be coupled pressure-tight by coupling means by means of a pressing force (Fpress) in order to introduce a test oil amount, which is injected by the injection system (1), into the test-oil-filled measurement chamber (4) so that the measurement piston (3), to which restoring force is applied, performs a measurement stroke (x) that can be sensed using sensor means (6), wherein the coupling means comprise an adapter unit (4), which is disposed between the injection system (1) and the measurement chamber (4) and which has an adapter volume (Va), and wherein the adapter volume (Va) of the adapter unit (9) is connected to a pressure-damping unit (13) so that injection-induced pressure excesses in the adapter volume (Va) are reduced.
