[origin: WO2023169808A1] The invention relates to a method for documenting a type configuration (TK), which is generated using a provided type library (TB), for at least one computing device, having the steps of: • providing a first version of the type library (TB) by means of a first computing device (S1); • storing an identification value of the first version of the type library (TB) in a distributed database (VB) (S2); • generating a first at least partial type configuration (TK) and/or complete type configuration (TK) by means of the first computing device and/or at least one additional computing device using the first version of the type library (TB) (S3); and • storing an identification value of the first type configuration (TK) in the distributed database (VB) (S4). The invention additionally relates to a computer program and to a data carrier.
