Abstract (en)
The present invention relates to a method for producing a solid pharmaceutical formulation comprising a compound represented by formula (I) or a salt thereof, a surfactant, and a basic substance, the method comprising mixing the compound of formula (I) or a salt thereof with the basic substance and additive(s), wherein the additive(s) comprise(s) the surfactant and wherein the basic substance is at least one substance selected from the group consisting of magnesium aluminometasilicate, L-arginine, meglumine, magnesium oxide, magnesium hydroxide, magnesium carbonate, and sodium bicarbonate. Moreover, the present invention also relates to a solid formulation produced by said method.
