Abstract (en)

A synchronization control apparatus for LiDAR is provided, and the apparatus is applicable to fields such as automated driving, intelligent driving, and self driving. The apparatus includes: a synchronization signal transceiver module group (601), a scanning signal transceiver module group (602), a controller (603), and a scanning mirror (604). The scanning mirror (604) includes a plurality of reflective surfaces, the plurality of reflective surfaces include corresponding identifiers, and the plurality of reflective surfaces include a first reflective surface (605). The controller (603) is configured to control the synchronization signal transceiver module group (601) to transmit a first detecting signal. The synchronization signal transceiver module group (601) is configured to receive a first echo signal. The controller (603) is configured to determine that the first echo signal includes an echo signal obtained after the first detecting signal is reflected by a first identifier (606) corresponding to the first reflective surface (605), and control the scanning signal transceiver module group (602) to transmit a second detecting signal to the first reflective surface (605) in a first manner, where the first identifier (606) corresponds to the first manner. A synchronization control apparatus and method for LiDAR, LiDAR, a terminal, and a computer-readable storage medium are further provided. Scanning space synchronization between a plurality of frames of point clouds and synchronization between the first reflective surface (605) and a generation manner of a point cloud corresponding to the first reflective surface (605) can be implemented, so that costs are low and flexibility of LiDAR control is improved.
