[origin: WO2024033257A1] The invention relates to a continuous flow centrifuge (1) comprising a rotor (6). The continuous flow centrifuge (1) comprises a connecting strand (12) having connection lines (16, 17), via which an exchange of media in containers (8a, 8b) arranged in the centrifugation chambers of the rotor (6) is possible. According to the invention, a temperature-control supply line (14) and a temperature-control discharge line (16) for a connecting strand temperature-control fluid extends through the connecting strand (12) in order to counteract a heating of the connecting strand (12) due to flexing and friction occurring therein. The connecting strand temperature-control fluid flows through the temperature-control supply line (14) and the temperature-control discharge line (15) in opposing flow directions. An electronic control unit (28) has a control logic which controls the connecting strand temperature-control power of a connecting strand temperature-control circuit (36) in an open-loop or closed-loop manner.

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Durchflusszentrifuge (1) mit einem Rotor (6). Die Durchflusszentrifuge (1) verfügt über einen Verbindungsstrang (12), der Anschlussleitungen (16, 17) aufweist, über welche ein Austausch von Medien in Behältnissen (8a, 8b), die in Zentrifugationskammern des Rotors (6) angeordnet sind, möglich ist. Erfindungsgemäß erstrecken sich durch den Verbindungsstrang (12) eine Temperier-Zuführleitung (14) und Temperier-Abführleitung (15) für ein Verbindungsstrang-Temperierfluid, um einer Erwärmung des Verbindungsstrangs (12) infolge der darin auftretenden Walkarbeit und Reibung entgegenzuwirken. Die Temperier-Zuführleitung (14) und die Temperier-Abführleitung (15) werden in entgegengesetzte Strömungsrichtungen von dem Verbindungsstrang-Temperierfluid durchströmt.
