[origin: WO2022218693A1] The invention relates to a method for generating geometry data which represents the geometry of a spectacle frame that is individualised for a particular person, said method comprising: acquiring or generating biometric head model data which represents a virtual multidimensional model of the person's head for at least a partial region of the head that includes the person's two ears; acquiring or generating spectacle frame data which defines an initial geometry of a particular spectacle frame based on particular parameter values of a geometric, in particular virtual, spectacle frame model parameterised by a parameter set having a plurality of parameters; automatically adapting the initial geometry of the spectacle frame to the model of the head, wherein modified spectacle frame data which represents a spectacle frame geometry adapted to the model of the head is generated by correspondingly changing at least one parameter value of the parameter set; and providing the modified spectacle frame data as geometry data of a spectacle frame that is individualised for the person. The adaptation process comprises: determining at least one parameter value of the parameter set depending on a location, on the head, of an ear base point of the ear associated with a spectacle frame earpiece, said location being determined from the head model data, and depending on a defined length offset that is relative to the ear base point, as a result of which the location of an earpiece bend along the course of the earpiece is determined for the earpiece in the spectacle frame model.
