The conveying rod housing (22) is provided with an opening (222). The water retaining housing (3) is arranged in a sealing fit with the conveying rod housing (22). The water retaining housing (3) and the conveying rod housing (22) can prevent water and dirt from spilling out. The water storage device is provided with a dirty water tank (71). The dust collection device is provided with a dust suction port (81). The dust suction port (81) is arranged on a front side of the rolling brush (1).
