[origin: WO2022224100A1] The present invention relates to an assembly intended to equip a watch mechanism and comprising at least one resilient element (2) and at least one first and one second watch component (1, 31, 32), the resilient element (2) being intended to engage with each of the first and second watch components (1, 31, 32), and the resilient element (2), in an inoperative position, exerting stress on the first and second components (1, 31, 32), which stress tends to move one of said watch components with respect to the other. The resilient element (2) comprises a first end (21) intended to engage with the first component (1), the first component (1) and the first end (21) of the resilient element (2) being shaped so that, in the service position of the assembly, the torque exerted by the resilient element (2) on the first component (1) and the second component (31, 32) keeps the first end of the resilient element (2) in abutment with the first component (1) at at least three first separate bearing points arranged to eliminate at least two degrees of freedom of movement between the first end (21) of the resilient element (2) and the first component (1).
