[origin: CZ309887B6] The tool for adjusting the treatment head of pressure die casting technology includes a support structure and at least one shape template arranged on the support structure, wherein the support structure is adapted to support the treatment head provided with a plurality of nozzles and wherein at least a portion of the shape template replicates the shape of the face of the actual mould used to produce the castings.

Gegenstand der Erfindung ist die Vorrichtung für die Einstellung des Formsprühkopfes im Druckgießverfahren. Diese Vorrichtung umfasst ein Tragegestell (1) und wenigstens eine am Tragegestell (1) angeordnete Formmatrize (2a, 2b, 2c, 2d, 2e, 2f), wobei das Tragegestell (1) für das Tragen des Formsprühkopfes mit einer Reihe von Düsen ausgelegt ist und wobei wenigstens ein Abschnitt der Formmatrize (2a, 2b, 2c, 2d, 2e, 2f) mit seiner Form die Kontur der Innenoberfläche der wirklichen Druckgießform für die Gussteilfertigung kopiert.
