[origin: WO2022228983A1] The invention relates to a clamping spring (100) for clamping a conductor (400), which is to be connected, against a conductor bar (210), the clamping spring (100) comprising a retaining leg (110), a clamping leg (111) that can be moved into an open position and a clamping position, and a locking leg (112) that can be moved into a retaining position and a releasing position; in the retaining position, the locking leg (112) is retained on an actuation element (211), and in the releasing position, the locking leg (112) is detached from the actuation element (211); the locking leg (112) has a pressure area (117) via which the locking leg (112) can be moved from the retaining position into the releasing position by means of the conductor (400) to be connected, said pressure area (117) having a portion (123) which is bent in the direction of the clamping leg (111) and on which a first conductor supporting area (120) is formed.
