[origin: EP4091605A1] The present invention relates to a pharmaceutical tablet suitable for oral administration, comprising (i) a tablet core comprising acetylsalicylic acid (ASA) or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof and excipients, and (ii) an enteric coating over said core; wherein the content of the excipients is in the range of 20 wt.-% to 30 wt.-% with respect to the total weight of the pharmaceutical tablet. The present invention further relates to a method for manufacturing said pharmaceutical tablet.
