[origin: WO2023285094A1] The invention relates to a flat-knit compression garment comprising a knitted fabric with at least one inward offset. The at least one inward offset comprises a concave inward offset (21) which is of such a form that, when in use as intended, the knitted fabric forms at the inward offset an area that is inwardly curved as seen by a wearer of the compression garment. The concave inward offset (21) is in particular of such a form that, when in use as intended, the knitted fabric lies against a concave body contour of the wearer and in this way is medically effective, for example in the treatment of lipoedema, lymphoedema and/or venous oedema, while at the same time being very comfortable to wear.
