Perform appropriate CSI reporting/beam reporting for a non-serving cell. A terminal according to an aspect of the present disclosure includes: a control section that controls transmission of a first report not including information related to a measurement result of a non-serving cell and a second report including information related to a measurement result of the non-serving cell using uplink control information having a same size; and a transmission section that transmits at least one of the first report and the second report.
