[origin: WO2022248510A1] The invention relates to a method for distributing orthodontic aligners for orthodontic treatment of a dental arch of a user, said method comprising a cycle having the following steps: A) at an updated time during a "prior" portion of the orthodontic treatment, acquiring, via the user and by means of a mobile phone, an updated representation of said dental arch, then B) determining, with the aid of the updated representation, a three-dimensional digital model representing the dental arch at the updated time, referred to as an "updated" model, then C) on the basis of the updated model and a "target" three-dimensional digital model of the dental arch, designing and manufacturing only those orthodontic aligners required for a "subsequent" portion of the orthodontic treatment consecutive to said prior portion of the orthodontic treatment, referred to as "subsequent orthodontic aligners", and delivering the subsequent orthodontic aligner or aligners to the user.
