[origin: WO2022258115A1] An elastomeric article comprises a main part (1) that consists of a vulcanized ethylene-propylene-diene monomer rubber (EPDM)-containing rubber mixture, a flat textile body (8) and an adhesive layer (10) between the main part and the flat textile body, the adhesive layer being formed by a vulcanized mixture that contains EPDM and fibers. The elastomeric article is characterized by improved adhesive properties and increased service life. The elastomeric article is particularly suitable as drive belt, more particularly as toothed belt.
