Abstract (en)
A hybrid vibration assembly (10) for a concrete products machine. The assembly (10) may include a vibration frame (22) positioned to carry at least a portion of a mold (14), a stationary frame (18) carrying the vibration frame (22), knocker bars (16) supportable on the stationary frame (18) for vertical adjustment relative to the stationary frame (18), and a motor (12) connected to a vibrator (20) mounted on the vibration frame (22). The assembly (10) may also include a mechanical frame/mold clamp (30) that alternately couples the vibration frame (22) to the mold (14) and decouples the vibration frame (22) from the mold (14).
