L'invention concerne un ressort-spiral, notamment pour mécanisme résonateur d'horlogerie, le ressort-spiral (1) comprenant un ruban (2) flexible enroulé sur lui-même selon plusieurs spires, le ruban (2) ayant une raideur prédéfinie, le ressort-spiral (1) comportant des moyens d'ajustement de sa raideur, caractérisé en ce que les moyens d'ajustement comportent un premier élément flexible allongé (5), et un deuxième élément flexible allongé (15) agencés en série du ruban (2), chaque élément flexible allongé (5) reliant une même extrémité (4) dudit ruban (2) à un support fixe (11), de manière à ajouter une raideur supplémentaire au ruban (2), chaque élément flexible allongé (5) ayant de préférence une raideur supérieure à celle du ruban (2), les moyens d'ajustement comportant des moyens de précontrainte (6) pour appliquer au moins deux efforts ajustables différents, les deux efforts s'appliquant sur le premier élément flexible allongé (5) de manière à faire varier la raideur du premier élément flexible allongé (5) en fonction du niveau de précontrainte.L'invention concerne aussi un mécanisme résonateur d'horlogerie comprenant un tel ressort-spiral (1).
