If component (b) contains a didecyldimethylammonium halide, component (b) preferably also contains y-cyclodextrin The invention also relates to a method for producing the paper and to a method for testing the foaming behavior of compositions which contain didecyldimethylammonium halide. The paper according to the invention is suitable in particular as a security paper for producing value documents such as banknotes.
