[origin: WO2023275382A1] The invention relates to an ergonomic seat (1) comprising a backrest (1a) and a seat part (1b) defining a plane X, Y with an axis Y of symmetry of the seat part (1b) and with an axis X perpendicular to the axis Y, the seat part (1b) comprising at least 4 force sensors (S1, S2, S3, S4) with: - a first pair of sensors (S2, S1) disposed on either side of the axis Y of symmetry at a distance Y1 from the axis X, where Y1 is between 0 and 130 mm, with a spacing X1 between the sensors (S2, S1) of between 100 and 170 mm, - a second pair of sensors (S4, S3) disposed on either side of the axis Y of symmetry at a distance Y2 from the axis X, where Y2 is between 185 and 240 mm, with a spacing X2 between the sensors (S4, S3) of between 210 and 265 mm.
