In order to considerably reduce the manufacturing costs compared with the known solutions even for small series, the method according to the invention comprises the following steps: - Step A: providing a sleeve-like blank (1, 1') extending along an axis (A). - Step B: rolling a wall portion (1c) to be formed of the blank (1, 1'), changing the angle (α) of the wall portion (1c) to be formed relative to the axis (A) of the blank (1, 1'). - Step C: introducing rolling element pockets into the rolled wall portion (1c). Furthermore, the present invention provides a corresponding device and a correspondingly produced rolling bearing cage or angular contact bearing cage.
