[origin: WO2023281358A1] The disclosure relates to a blank for forming an insert for a package, the blank comprising a paper-based layer, and an insulating layer, the paper- based layer comprising a first set of panels and a second set of panels being arranged side by side as seen in a transversal direction. The first set of panels comprising a first and second side wall panel and a first bottom panel, and the second set of panels comprising a third and fourth side wall panel and a second bottom panel. The first and second bottom panels being connected to each other by at least a triangular subpanel at least partly formed in one of the first and second bottom panels, the triangular subpanel having one side thereof being formed by a cut and one side thereof being formed by a fold line, whereby one of the first and second bottom panel being configured to be positioned on top of and in a rotated position relative to the other of the first and second bottom panel. The disclosure also relates to a package insert and a package.
