[origin: WO2023285100A1] The invention describes and illustrates a changeover apparatus (2) for changing over tools (7) which are to be used one after the other on a robot arm (6), the apparatus comprising a base part (3) and a changeover part (4), which are connected to one another in a connecting position so that the base part (3) can be adjusted out of the connecting position in a withdrawing direction (13) relative to the changeover part (4) into a separating position, in which it is separated from the changeover part (4), and back into the connecting position in an inserting direction (12), and wherein the base part (3) has a locking mechanism (16), which can be adjusted from a locking position, which provides a blocking effect, into an unlocking position, which enables separation of the base part (3), and back and which interacts with the changeover part (4). In order for it to be possible for simple and inexpensive changeover-apparatus systems to be made available, provision is made for the locking mechanism (16) to have a receptacle (30) for receiving an actuating means (29) in the withdrawing direction (13) or an actuating means (29) for inserting into a receptacle (30) in the inserting direction (12), for the locking mechanism (16) to be designed for receiving the actuating means (29) in a form-fitting manner in a direction perpendicular to the withdrawing direction (13), and for the locking mechanism (16) to be designed so as to be adjustable by adjustment of the receptacle (30) or of the actuating means (29) in the unlocking direction (34) relative to the base part (3) and/or so as to be adjustable from the unlocking position into the locking position by adjustment of the receptacle (30) or of the actuating means (29) in the locking direction (33) relative to the base part (3).
