[origin: WO2023284944A1] The invention relates to a process for reducing the microfiber release during the washing process of textiles, which are pre-treated prior to the washing process with composition (Z), containing (A) at least 0.1 parts by weight and not more than 10.0 parts by weight of film-forming organopolysiloxanes, (B) at least 1 part by weight and not more than 20 parts by weight of cationic surfactants, and (C) at least 30 parts by weight and not more than 99 parts by weight of water.
