The block (2) can thus form a tenon between two superimposed frames (1) forming mortises. La présente invention concerne un élément de construction (10) comprenant un cadre (1) et un bloc (2) pouvant coulisser dans le cadre (1) lorsqu'il est soumis à une force extérieure. Le bloc (2) peut ainsi former un tenon entre deux cadres (1) superposés formant des mortaises. Des éléments de construction (10) fixés ensemble latéralement forment des modules (100) qui peuvent s'assembler en décalage d'un niveau à l'autre de façon à former un mur.
