[origin: WO2023004447A1] The invention relates to a blanket, in particular a support for controlling the temperature of living beings, comprising: - an upper layer (1), which faces a living being, in particular a patient or injured being; - a lower layer (2), which is opposite the upper layer (1); - at least one resilient and air-permeable intermediate layer (3) situated between the upper layer (1) and the lower layer (2); and - at least one air inlet opening (7), having a connection (7a) for supplying air, in particular warm air, into the region of the intermediate layer (3), wherein at least one air outlet opening (8) is provided in an edge region (6) of the blanket remote from the at least one air inlet opening (7), wherein at least the greater part of the air supplied via the air inlet opening(s) (7) exits the blanket through the air outlet opening(s) (8), wherein the upper layer (1) is fluid-permeable and the lower layer (2) is substantially airtight and substantially fluid-tight, preferably in the form of plastics film or a coated textile sheet.
