[origin: US2024191562A1] A seal device for a door with a pivotable door leaf includes a drop-down seal for arrangement on or in the door leaf. The drop-down seal has a housing profile rail, a sealing strip, a lowering mechanism, and an actuating part. The seal device includes a triggering module with a rotation element, wherein the triggering module acts on the actuating part when the door leaf is being closed. The triggering module has a guide element for fastening the triggering module on or in the door leaf or fixedly on the housing profile rail. The rotation element is held in a coupling part and the coupling part can be moved relative to the guide element with guidance by the guide element. The seal device makes it possible to use a triggering module optimally in force terms and can also be used in pivot doors, in particular in rebated doors.

Eine Dichtungsvorrichtung für eine Tür mit einem schwenkbaren Türflügel (T) weist eine Absenkdichtung zur Anordnung am oder im Türflügel (T) aufweist. Die Absenkdichtung weist eine Gehäuseprofilschiene (1), eine Dichtleiste (3), einen Absenkmechanismus (8) und ein Betätigungssteil (2) auf, wobei das Betätigungsteil (2) beim Schliessen des Türflügels (T) den Absenkmechanismus (8) betätigt. Die Dichtungsvorrichtung weist ein Auslösemodul mit einem Rotationskörper (6, 7) auf, wobei das Auslösemodul beim Schliessen des Türflügels (T) auf das Betätigungsteil (2) wirkt. Das Auslösemodul weist ein Führungselement (4) zur Befestigung des Auslösemoduls am oder im Türflügel (T) oder ortsfest an der Gehäuseprofilschiene auf. Der Rotationskörper (6, 7) ist in einem Kopplungsteil (5) gehalten und das Kopplungsteil (5) ist relativ zum Führungselement und geführt vom Führungselement (4) bewegbar. Die Dichtungsvorrichtung ermöglicht einen kräfteoptimierten Einsatz eines Auslösemoduls und kann auch in Pivottüren, insbesondere in gefälzten Türen eingesetzt werden.
