[origin: WO2023021044A1] The invention relates to a passenger seat for a transport vehicle, the seat comprising a vertical portion and a horizontal portion mounted on a support frame, the horizontal portion comprising a rear edge located on the periphery of the vertical portion and a front edge located on the side opposite that of the rear edge, the support frame delimiting a free space under the horizontal portion, characterised in that the horizontal portion is mounted on a first movement mechanism arranged to allow the entire horizontal portion to tilt in such a way that the front edge descends relative to the vertical portion.
