[origin: WO2023020935A1] A metering closure (10) for mounting on a container which contains a viscous product comprises a closure body (12) having a pour opening (14) for pouring the viscous product, and a metering device (16) which is configured to produce, along a flow axis (18), a product jet flowing substantially perpendicularly to a boundary plane of the pour opening (14). The metering device (16) has a product-impermeable obstacle device (20) which is connected to the pour opening (14) via a lateral surface (22) enclosing the flow axis (18). The obstacle device (20) is arranged upstream of the pour opening (14) as viewed along the flow axis (18) in the flow direction of the product jet. The lateral surface (22) has at least two cutouts (24, 24') which are configured to have the product flow through them in such a way that the individual product jets produced by the at least two cutouts (24, 24') are combined up until exiting from the pour opening (14) in order to produce the one product jet.
