[origin: WO2023026102A1] An upper cover for use in a cooking utensil comprises : a lid (10);and a heating assembly(20) comprising a heating element (21) and a fan (22) provided inside the lid (10), the fan(22) being located above the heating element (21).The upper cover further comprises an inner lid (30) removably connected with the lid (10) and covering the heating assembly (20) from below, a pressure limiting valve (31) being provided at a middle part of the inner lid(30), the fan (22) having a first avoidance hole (221) corresponding to the pressure limiting valve (31) that passes through the first avoidance hole (221).A cooking utensil comprising such an upper cover is also provided.
