[origin: WO2023030575A1] The invention relates to a dispersing unit (1) for dispersing a feed material in a dispersant, comprising a stationary dispersing basket (2), the lateral surface of which has outlet openings (3) and one end of which is preferably at least partly closed and into which a shaft stub of a drive shaft (4) protrudes, wherein, within the dispersing basket (2), the shaft stub bears a dispersing disk (5), which rotates during operation and thereby sucks feed-material-laden dispersant into the region between the dispersing disk and the closed end of the dispersing basket (2) and discharges the feed-material-laden dispersant from said region largely via the outlet openings (3) in the lateral surface of the dispersing basket (2).
