[origin: WO2023028716A1] The holding apparatus (1) according to the invention for a mobile, electronic device (2) has at least two elements (6, 7), which can be folded open along an edge (8). A folded-open supporting position, in which the mobile, electronic device (2) is inclined or can be held with a hand, is fixed by means of a link (10), which has at least one magnet (11, 12) for fixing the link (10) in said supporting position. The link (10) can be of a multi-part design and can be likewise foldable in itself, for example can have additional link parts (15, 17), the supporting position of which likewise is fixed by means of at least one magnet (11, 12). A ledge can also be formed so that the mobile, electronic device (2) can be stood up approximately vertically on a surface, in the manner of a stand. Furthermore, a pocket and/or a tab, which can be used to hold bank cards, credit cards and/or IDs, can be provided between the two elements (6, 7).
